SBJBC is governed by UK and Saudi Co-Chairs who are elected by the SBJBC UK board and Saudi Executive Committee respectively.

UK and Saudi Executive Directors are responsible for each Secretariat. A blend of public and private sector leaders, both boards collaborate to support the work of the Council and its members.
