SBJBC member ALTRA CAPITAL has advised the SEH Healthcare Consortium on its successful bid for the SABIC Behavioral Care Specialist Hospital Project in Riyadh, a public-private partnership with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health.
Acting as Lead Adviser, Bid Manager and Financial Adviser, ALTRA CAPITAL has supported the consortium throughout the transaction. The 15-year agreement covers the management, operation and maintenance of the 150-bed specialist hospital in North Riyadh, which will also include 19 outpatient clinics and six day-care rooms.
The project supports Saudi Arabia’s Health Sector Transformation Program and represents continued private-sector participation in the development of specialist healthcare provision in the Kingdom. The award also builds on ALTRA CAPITAL’s work in Saudi Arabia’s healthcare and PPP market.
The SEH Healthcare Consortium comprises Specialised Medical Company, Dr. Ebel Clinics and Health Gates.
