Christopher Fisher, Relationship Manager, Middle East & North Africa Team, Standard Chartered Private Bank
Christopher has over 18 years of experience in International Private Banking and has had a focus on the Middle East market for the past decade. Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Christopher was a Private Banker at Coutts advising Middle East clients on their UK and Offshore banking and financial needs. Prior to Coutts, Christopher held relationship management roles at Credit Suisse and Barclays Wealth in London. Christopher is a British-French dual national. He holds a Master's Degree from Neoma Business School, France, where he also spent time studying at the University of Bologna, Italy. Christopher is PCIAM and CeMAP qualified and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments.

Dr. Najat Benchiba-Savenius, Founder & CEO, Gazelle Advisory Group
Dr. Najat Benchiba-Savenius is Founder and CEO of Gazelle Advisory Group, a GCC-focused firm based in London that provides strategic leadership and comprehensive Family Office services as an outsourced Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff. Najat has been an outsourced Chief Operating Officer and Board Member for Family Offices and Institutions, most recently at NEOM, following Vision 2030, it is borne out of the vision of HRH, Mohammed Bin Salman, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. Najat also works with Royal Family Offices as COO where she oversees the management of numerous companies and businesses across jurisdictions, anchored in the GCC working in tandem with Saudi Principals reporting on company matters, asset and wealth management and investments.

MaameYaa Kwafo-Akoto, Partner, A&O Shearman
MaameYaa has over 15 years of experience advising sovereign wealth funds, central banks, family offices, insurance companies, pension funds and development finance institutions around the world on their investment arrangements. On a daily basis, MaameYaa advises investors on asset management issues and strategic global and national issues. Her work includes public investments and private fund investments (both cornerstone and smaller amounts), single investor mandates and co-investment arrangements covering all asset classes including infrastructure and energy, as well as a wide variety of other agreements and financial services regulatory issues. MaameYaa spent time on secondment to a government entity in Riyadh in 2017 and an Emirati government entity in 2021.

Faizal is a UK qualified lawyer and for many years has worked and advised, and is a trusted advisor to institutions, corporates and families across the Middle East, Africa and India. Faizal specialises in banking and finance and has advised corporates, family offices and families including on their international investment and holding structures.

Heather Tibbo, Chief Executive Officer, Crestbridge Family Office Services
As Chief Executive Officer of Crestbridge Family Office Services, Heather leads the business’ strategy, culture and values and manages a number of key client relationships. Based in Jersey, and with over 25 years in the UHNW sector, Heather is one of the industry’s most recognised and experienced professionals. One of the founders of Crestbridge Family Office Services in 2013, she has played a central role in transforming it into a successful and diverse venture working with clients in multiple international jurisdictions, while also helping establish Crestbridge Fiduciary in the US. A trained lawyer, Heather has dedicated her career to working with UHNWIs, their families and institutions to provide a comprehensive range of family office services to families and corporate clients with a key focus on the Middle East and particularly working with clients in Saudi. . She also has extensive experience in the management of client and intermediary relationships.

Joe Moynihan, Chief Executive Officer, Jersey Finance
With a career in financial services spanning four decades, Joe has a strong commitment to the future success of the industry in Jersey.Joe commenced his professional life in the banking sector, rising to the position of CEO of Jersey and the Isle of Man for a major bank, which included responsibilities for trusts and investments. In recent years, he expanded his focus as Director of Financial Services within the Government of Jersey, where he worked closely with industry and regulator to ensure the island’s position as a leading international finance centre. Before joining Jersey Finance in February 2019, Joe was working to establish high-reputation regulatory frameworks and business models for IFCs in the Middle East and Africa. He is a board director of the World Alliance of International Finance Centers (WAIFC).

Nancy Chien Partner, Bedell Cristin
Nancy is head of Bedell Cristin’s International Private Client practice. Nancy has over 20 years of legal experience in both the private client area as well as the corporate sphere. Nancy advises ultra-high net worth families, family offices and intermediaries from all over the world on all aspects of international structuring including the use of trusts and foundations, as well as related corporate law issues (including where such vehicles are used for philanthropic purposes). She has considerable experience with high value and complex family governance structures, including ones where the founders wish to retain a degree of control over their family assets. Nancy also advises regularly on matters involving family disputes and disputes between trustee and beneficiaries.
