Recognising that physical infrastructure must support human capability, Saudi Arabia is expanding commercial space at record pace—particularly in Riyadh—to accommodate international companies and support economic diversification. Yet the true test lies not in office towers, but in developing a resilient, adaptable, and innovative workforce capable of leading the country into a post-oil future.
